Website Guidelines
Faculty, staff, and students MUST create a Gravatar, which will be used to readily identify you on the site. If you need help creating one, please see our Flash tutorial “Setting Your WordPress Gravatar“. You should also make sure you set up your profile name; this is how you’ll appear to others on the Web site (see tutorial).
ONLY faculty, staff, and students should create “posts” on the Web site. Family and friends should feel free to ONLY “comment” on these posts.
Remember to select the appropriate theme group “category” when creating a new post. Multiple categories can be selected, and you can always change your selection later.
If you are not the only one contributing to a post, please list all the collaborator names at the bottom of the post to give the appropriate credit.
Finally, don’t feel limited to contribute only group posts. People back home are waiting to hear what you’re up to, so write to your heart’s content.
Please note that this Web site will be made public and serve as a showcase at the conclusion of the trip, once all students have returned to their respective countries. Before this site is made public, however, International Programs reserves the right to make edits, or modify, the content of this site.
